Jason Loraine
Hello, my name is Jason, creator of Nocturnal Woodworking Co. I am a junior architect in the Saint Louis area, that has a passion for woodworking. I have been working in the architectural profession for a couple of years, after graduating from the University of Kansas with a Master of Architecture degree. At my time at KU, I got to spend many hours in the school shop, where I developed my appreciation for woodworking and design.
Why Nocturnal?
Another thing I learned while studying at the University of Kansas, architecture students get virtually no sleep. Whether we are in the studio, or on the computer, we where always creating.

This is a principal that has stuck with me well after graduation. After I log off for my day job, I go right to my shop. For me, the design process never stops. Whether I am working at my day job, or annoying my neighbors with the sounds of my table saw or my planner well into the night, I am doing what I love to do; designing and creating.
